We all have them. How many did you use today? What's your "reason" for not exercising/eating right/giving 100% etc? After watching the wounded warriors video I hope that you can feel the excuses leaving you! I certainly did.
Some of the most inspiring people are the ones who have to work the hardest to do the things you and I take for granted. I know that when I feel the need to make an excuse (it's too hot- I'm tired- blah,blah,blah...) I am going to reflect on how grateful I am that I can go run/bike/eat/etc whenever I want to.
I hope that watching this video inspires you to be all that you can be and to push beyond what you think you are capable of doing!

Our lives are the sum total of the choices we have made...Wayne Dryer
Choice:
Run or not to run today- I could have chosen to skip today but then I wouldn't have had the wonderful, humbling experience of dying out in French Park today. With humidity at 90% and temps in the 80's I could have easily said- eh- I already worked out today I'm good. But where would that have gotten me? It definately wouldn't have brought me closer to the goals I've set for myself in running. It wouldn't have taught me how to push through the pain and do as much as I could. It wouldn't have taught me a valuable lesson... that I am not as hardcore as I think I am!
If I would've chosen to stay home I would have let myself down. I kept the promise to myself and that's what matters most!
